Privacy Policy

Brain is a private system run by and for its operator. Information in it is used only to serve the operator. It is never sold or used for advertising, and Brain uses no analytics or third-party tracking.

This policy covers brain.larson.family, its subdomains (including inbox.brain.larson.family), and any related service the operator runs as part of it, on any domain. “The operator” means Larson Labs LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, which owns and runs Brain. Use of Brain is governed by the Terms of Service, under which the operator has full control of the Service and everything in it. Effective date: October 14, 2026.

1. Information Brain handles

Brain holds information the operator uses to manage the operator’s own work and communications. Depending on how you interact with the operator, this may include:

2. Cookies

Brain uses only cookies that are strictly necessary to sign people in and keep the Service secure. It uses no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.

3. How information is used

4. Google user data

Brain’s use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information from a Google account is used only to provide the Service’s features to the person who connected that account. It is not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to develop, improve or train generalised AI or machine-learning models. It is shared only as needed to provide those features, for security, to comply with law, or as part of a merger or sale with notice. No one reads it except the account owner, someone the owner has authorised, or where security or the law requires.

You can revoke the Service’s access to a Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

5. Automated processing

Some features use automated tools, which may include AI models run by third-party providers, to organise and summarise information. Those providers process it only to return a result to the Service, not to train their models. Nothing about you is decided by automated means alone in a way that has legal or similarly significant effect.

6. Service providers and disclosure

The operator relies on established providers for hosting, storage, communications and automated processing. They handle information only to provide their services to the operator. Otherwise, information is disclosed only when the operator chooses, when the law requires it, or to protect the operator, the Service or others.

7. Retention

Information is kept for as long as the operator chooses. Copies may remain in backups for a period after deletion.

8. Security

The operator uses reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the Service and restricts access to the operator and those the operator authorises. No system is perfectly secure, and the Service makes no promise that it is.

9. Your choices

If you were invited, you may ask the operator to remove your account or content. Communications you sent the operator are the operator’s own records, and the operator decides whether to keep them, except where the law requires otherwise. Where a law gives you rights over your personal information, contact the operator at the address below and the operator will respond as that law requires.

10. Children

The Service is not intended for anyone under 16.

11. Changes and contact

The operator may change this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Questions: privacy@larson.family.
